Brief Project Description:
The Keppel Wharf building forms an important part of Rotherham Borough Council's 25 year 'Renaissance' plan and features tastefully designed commercial / leisure space at ground level and high quality apartments on the remaining four storeys overlooking the River Don. Stone Connection supplied and fixed 40mm honed black granite cladding panels and 170 No. huge projecting feature 'fins' in 150mm thick Limestone coloured cast stone (980 x 3000mm high). Working closely with ISG, we Value Engineered the external walls work package to fall within budget requirements, without compromising the overall design appeal.
